For me, people are so difficult to draw, but you capture the right shadows in the right places to make them look like a 3D pop. I like the driver sketch the best, because of the hat. And you can get a sense that she is driving a car because of the background. I like your study of the profile and not the full on face. This looks like a really good start towards working with people in sketch
